What Google Data We Access
teamRedge Ads Connect accesses the following data from your Google Ads account through the Google Ads API: • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost) • Ad group and keyword performance data • Account-level settings and billing status • Audience and demographic reporting data • Change history and audit logs We access only the data necessary to provide our advertising management and reporting services. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google services beyond Google Ads.
Why We Access This Data
We access your Google Ads data to: • Monitor and optimize your advertising campaigns • Generate performance reports and analytics dashboards • Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation • Track conversion metrics and return on ad spend (ROAS) • Alert you to significant performance changes or issues All data access is directly related to the advertising management services you have engaged us to provide.
How We Use Your Data
Your Google Ads data is used exclusively to: • Display campaign performance in your teamRedge dashboard • Generate automated and custom reports • Make data-driven optimization decisions on your behalf • Provide customer support related to your campaigns We do not use your Google Ads data for any purpose unrelated to providing our services to you. We do not use your data to train machine learning models, build advertising profiles, or serve ads to you or any third party.
How We Store Your Data
Your Google Ads data is stored securely on our infrastructure: • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) • Data is stored on servers located in the European Union • Access is restricted to authorized personnel via role-based access controls • We retain performance data for the duration of your service agreement plus 90 days • Aggregated, non-identifiable metrics may be retained for internal analytics We maintain industry-standard security practices including regular security audits, intrusion detection, and automated vulnerability scanning.
How We Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google Ads data to any third party. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances: • With your explicit written consent • With service providers who assist us in delivering our services (e.g., cloud hosting), bound by strict data processing agreements • When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process • To protect the rights, safety, or property of teamRedge, our clients, or the public All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
How We Delete Your Data
You may request deletion of your Google Ads data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving a deletion request: • We will confirm receipt within 2 business days • All identifiable Google Ads data will be deleted within 30 days • Backups containing your data will be purged within 90 days • We will provide written confirmation once deletion is complete When your service agreement ends, we automatically delete your Google Ads data within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion or we are required by law to retain it.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
teamRedge Ads Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: • We only use Google API data to provide and improve the services requested by the user • We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, with user consent, or as required by law • We do not use Google API data for serving advertisements • We do not allow humans to read Google API data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law For the full policy, visit: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Revoking Access
You can revoke teamRedge Ads Connect's access to your Google Ads account at any time: • Through your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions • By contacting us at [email protected] to request disconnection • Through the teamRedge admin dashboard under Settings → Integrations Revoking access will immediately stop our ability to read or modify your Google Ads campaigns. Any scheduled optimizations or automated rules will cease. Historical data already stored will be handled according to our data deletion policy above.
