Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to achieve departmental goals.

Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site performance.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using advanced analytics tools.
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with a track record of success.

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Nice to have

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with CMS platforms
