Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Bridge the gap between clients, business development, and operational teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed client expectations and needs.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to create synergies.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Success Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful coordination.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of business development and operational processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking. 
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and trends.
